Carlie is a registered psychologist with a passion for strengths based positive psychology and helping people reach their potential. Carlie has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Organisational Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), is a Board Approved Supervisor of other psychologists and is a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS). Carlie's warm, friendly, and approachable personality means she has the ability to connect with a range of clients across many issues.
Carlie has worked across a variety of settings including non-for-profit, private practice and corporate. She is a mother of two neurodivergent children and is passionate about making the world a more welcoming place for neurodivergent individuals.
Carlie practices using evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and positive psychology coaching (PPC).
